Registered Nurses

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our close-knit clinical team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and homelike environment.

Role: Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at St Louis Care, you will play a key role in supporting the health, dignity, and wellbeing of our residents. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective care, guide and mentor care staff, and maintain high clinical standards across all aspects of resident support.

To be successful in this role:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care that supports resident wellbeing, independence, and dignity
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills, professional judgement, and leadership within a residential aged care setting
• Accurately complete clinical documentation and contribute to care planning, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
• Support and supervise Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers to ensure cohesive and high-standard service delivery
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and residential aged care clinical requirements
• Experience in medication management, wound care, and dementia support
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach and commitment to continuous learning

Essentials:

• National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
• Up to date Influenza vaccination
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in aged care or a strong desire to work with older people
